In order to continue our entire catalog of publications, some pieces will be "printed on demand." these are now available in two formats; pdf format & regular octavo format.

PDF format - you download the pdf file and print your own prepaid copies of the piece; certain discounts apply

OCTAVO format - we will print the number of copies you need and ship them to you (please allow 2 weeks for delivery)
